Ministry Teams at firstcovgr

Ministry Teams at First Covenant form the structure that empowers the ministry objectives of the church.  They are given authority to make decisions and administer their assigned area of ministry.  Each Ministry Team prepares an annual budget for their activities, and also sets vision and annual goals for the team.  The Leadership Team approves the formation of Ministry Teams and leaders, with the goal of bringing clarity and unity in carrying out the vision of First Covenant Church.
