Lauren Abrell

Middle School Director & High School Lead

Lauren has been attending FirstCovGR since 2021. She moved from Oswego, IL to Grand Rapids in 2019 to attend school at Calvin University. After graduating in 2021, she decided to stay around – FirstCovGR and Grand Rapids now feels like home. She is currently persuing her M.Div. through Fuller Theological Seminary online classes and is excited to continue learning. Lauren is passionate about youth and camping ministries and cannot wait to get to know the students and families better. She loves game nights, coffee, ice cream, and spending time with friends and family. She loves walking with students through the highs and lows of life.
